Most of these are internal tools under NDA, so the public list above is the smaller half.
Investment
No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Every project gets a written fixed price and a delivery date before work starts. If I'm late through my own fault, 10% comes off the fee for every full week, up to 30%. That's written into the contract.
